Affiliate Partner Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Partner Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Bullcapital Research Services (“Bullcapital”), a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000013952), and the affiliate partner (“Affiliate”) as of the date of acceptance by the Affiliate.
1. Appointment
1.1 Bullcapital hereby appoints the Affiliate to act as a non-exclusive affiliate partner to market and promote Bullcapital’s products and services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.2 The Affiliate accepts the appointment to market and promote Bullcapital’s products and services.
2. Commission
2.1 The Affiliate shall be entitled to receive a commission of 30% for each customer referral that results in a purchase of Bullcapital’s products or services, subject to the terms outlined herein.
2.2 Bullcapital reserves the right to reduce the commission rate without prior notice to the Affiliate.
2.3 Commissions shall be paid Monthly within 5 days following the end of each month
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1 The Affiliate agrees to use best efforts to market and promote Bullcapital’s products and services in a professional and ethical manner.
3.2 The Affiliate shall not engage in any misleading or deceptive marketing practices when promoting Bullcapital’s products and services.
3.3 The Affiliate shall not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding Bullcapital’s products and services beyond what is provided by Bullcapital.
3.4 The Affiliate shall comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to SEBI regulations, in connection with the marketing and promotion of Bullcapital’s products and services.
4. Termination
4.1 Bullcapital reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately without prior notice or reason if Bullcapital deems it necessary.
4.2 The Affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason upon 30 days’ written notice to Bullcapital.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Bullcapital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from this Agreement.
6. Governing Law
6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
7. Entire Agreement
7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
8. SEBI Compliance
8.1 Bullcapital Research Services is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000013952), and as such, the Affiliate agrees to abide by all SEBI regulations and guidelines pertaining to the promotion and marketing of Bullcapital’s products and services.
8.2 The Affiliate understands that commissions shall be paid until such time that SEBI allows, and Bullcapital reserves the right to adjust or cease commission payments in accordance with SEBI regulations.
9. Acceptance
By accepting these terms and conditions, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
